Process

What actually happens after you reach out

The path looks different depending on where you're starting from. But once the system is set up, we keep printing out automations.

You're running things manually today and want a first system that actually fits how you work.

Step 1
Intro call
Day 1

We walk through what's eating the most manual time right now, and where automation would actually move the needle versus just being novel.

  • A short audit of your current manual workflow
  • A plain-language explanation of what we'd automate first
  • No commitment required to get this
Step 2
Build the first workflow
Week 1-2

We build one automation end-to-end on your existing tools, test it against real data, and walk you through exactly how it works before it goes live.

  • One working automation, live on your stack
  • A walkthrough of how it makes decisions
  • A rollback plan if anything looks off
Step 3
Watch automations transform your store
Ongoing

Once the first workflow is set up, we add the next one, and the next one, and so on… until you don't even need to pick up your phone in the morning.

  • A new automation shipped monthly
  • Monthly check-in on what to prioritize next
  • Direct access to the person building it
  • Prioritized based on what's actually slowing your team down

Frequently asked questions

How does your pricing work?+

We work on a retainer.

If I already have automations, can you improve them?+

Yes. We prefer working with your existing tools and building on your existing processes instead of ripping everything out and starting over.

What kind of tools do you use?+

Short answer: all of them. We pick the solution based on the use case. That could be an n8n workflow, entirely custom AI code, or simply a Zapier or Klaviyo workflow. It's all packaged into one simple plan where we do it for you.

How quickly do you ship out automations?+

Some automations can be shipped in as little as a day. On average it takes about a week. Some larger ones take 2-3 weeks. Those tend to have the biggest impact on your business.

Can I cancel or pause anytime?+

Yes. It's month-to-month with no long-term contract. Pause or cancel whenever you need to.

Do I own the automations if I leave?+

Yes. Everything is built directly inside your own accounts: Shopify, n8n, Zapier, whatever you're already using. Never a platform of ours. If you ever leave, it all stays exactly where it is, working.

What happens if an automation breaks?+

We monitor and fix anything we build at no extra cost, and every automation gets a rollback plan when it goes live so we can revert fast if something looks off.

Do I need any technical knowledge to work with you?+

No. That's the point of the retainer: we handle the tools, the setup, and the troubleshooting. You just tell us what's slowing your team down.

Will this work if I'm not on Shopify?+

We're not Shopify-only. We also work with WooCommerce, Webflow, and most CRM/ESP tools. If we can't confidently automate your stack, we'll tell you upfront instead of taking your money.

How do you handle customer data and AI accuracy?+

Every AI-facing automation is scoped to your actual store data, not open-ended guessing, and tested before it goes live. Anything involving customer data is handled GDPR-compliantly, and higher-risk actions get a review step before anything reaches a customer.

What if I don't have any requests one month?+

Pause. You keep your spot and your queue, and billing resumes when you're ready. Monitoring of existing automations continues while paused.

What do you need access to?+

Only what the automation touches: typically a staff account on your store, and access to the tools involved (n8n, Klaviyo, Stripe, and so on). We document every access we hold and revoke it when the engagement ends.

Can my team see or change what you build?+

Yes. Everything is in your accounts, with documentation of how each workflow makes its decisions. If your team wants to adjust something themselves, they can.

What if an automation makes a wrong decision, like refunding someone it shouldn't?+

Anything that moves money or contacts a customer starts with a review step, where you approve before it acts. We only remove the review step once you've seen it run correctly on real cases and asked us to. Every automation has logging and a rollback plan.

Is there a contract or minimum term?+

Month to month. You get a short service agreement that covers what's included, what isn't, and data handling. That's it.

What counts as one request?+

One outcome. "Send review requests after delivery" is one request. "Rebuild our whole returns process" is three or four, and we'll break it down with you before starting.

Why a monthly retainer instead of quoting each project?+

Automations aren't finished when they go live. Apps update, APIs change, your catalogue and policies change, and someone needs to keep everything running and improve it. Per-project quotes make every small tweak a negotiation. A retainer means you send the request and it gets done.

I only need one or two automations. Is this still for me?+

Probably not, and we'll say so on the intro call. The retainer makes sense when you have a list of manual work you'd like to keep chipping away at. If you only need one build, we'll point you to what makes sense instead.

What's not included?+

Store migrations, custom theme or plugin development, and full ERP implementations. If something like that comes up, we'll quote it separately or refer you to someone who does it well.
